Less haphazard animating

DOUBLE Edit: FINISHED coloring him sheesh took long enough. xDDDDDD Aside from changing the overall length of his animation loop he's all finished. :> Ah don't plan on putting anymore parts of this project up here til it's done, but for being one of m' first animations that isn't JUST blinking and the body ACTUALLY moves, ahm proud of it so ah don't mind leaving him up. (since I kept deleting Robotnik xDDD)

Edit: Altered the speed along with changing some frames out with their finished states just to see how it'll run on the interwebs. xDDD

Just giving this animation a rough test before adding more frames, putting color and shading, buffing out the rough areas, ect ect.

(compared to this ah think the Robuttnik animation looks really crappy now, but since they're in the same picture I'ma have to do a lot of editing to him now, even if he's 'technically' finished xDDD)
