I absolutely could not pass up the opportunity to dress my Jell bell up after the fahbulous villainess that her design was initially inspired by

She had to take a few liberties in making this costume of course, since hats aren't exactly an easy thing to get on a head like hers. Buuuut that's nothing a few freshly brewed transmogrification potions can't fix And she's sure that the colors on her head and hands'll all wear off eventually

(Also for those who have a keen eye, Jell has actually lost a few legs since the last time I drew her. During an ongoing RP with Honuzer42, let's just say she's been dabbling with more extreme magic than usual. Not that she'll let such trivial things as a few extra limbs being gone get HER down )
